I love my Mooseman.
If 4 years ago you’d told me he’d bring home a ribbon in both classes at his first show in the jumping classes, and he’d go better bitless than anything else, and that he could be easily ridden tackless, I would have called you insane. If you told me he would be quiet in a stall, with a controllable trot, level head, willingness to work, and a great attitude with his many hippotherapy and public students, as a reliable and sane lesson horse, I would have fallen to my knees in tears.
I can’t believe we’ll be going on our 5th year together next month and that in that time, he’s become my once in a lifetime best friend in the best adventure I’ll ever have.
This horse has taught me dedication like no other horse ever could.
